सर्वज्ञानविमूढांस्तान्विद्धि नष्टानचेतसः ॥

Meaning
But those who find fault with this teaching of Mine and do not follow it, deluded about all knowledge, know them to be lost and without discernment. The warning concerns the attitude of fault-finding (asūyā) that closes a person to learning, not honest questioning, which Arjuna himself models throughout.
For children
Krishna says: “If people just say ‘That’s silly!’ and don’t even try good advice, they miss out and get lost.”
The opposite of 3.31: what happens to those who reject the teaching.
